Tips for using a flake ice machine
Partager
What are the tips for using a flake ice machine? Let's take a closer look.
1. The flake ice machine should use an independent power supply, a dedicated power supply, and be equipped with a fuse and a leakage protection switch, and it must be reliably grounded.
2. The product should be installed away from heat sources, without direct sunlight, and in a well-ventilated place. The ambient temperature should not exceed 35°C to prevent the ambient temperature from being too high, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the condenser and affecting the ice-making effect. The ground where the ice machine is installed should be solid and flat, and the ice machine must be kept horizontal, otherwise it will not be able to shed ice and generate noise during operation. 2. The gap between the back and left and right sides of the ice machine should be no less than 30cm, and the top gap should be no less than 60cm.
3. The water used should meet the national drinking water standards, and a water filter should be installed to filter impurities in the water to avoid clogging the water pipes and contaminating the sink and ice molds. And affect the ice-making performance.
4. Turn off the power when cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to use a water pipe to directly flush the machine body. Use a neutral detergent to scrub. It is strictly forbidden to use corrosive solvents such as acid and alkaline to clean.
5. Unscrew the water inlet hose head every two months and clean the water inlet valve filter to prevent sand and mud impurities in the water from blocking the water inlet, which will cause the water inlet to decrease and lead to no ice making.
6. Clean the dust on the surface of the condenser every two months. Poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to the compressor components. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner, a small brush, etc. to clean the oil dust on the condensation surface. Do not use sharp metal tools to clean to avoid damaging the condenser.
7. The water pipes, sinks, storage bins and protective films of the ice maker should be cleaned every two months.
8. When not in use, it should be cleaned and the ice mold and the water in the box should be blown dry with a hair dryer. It should be placed in a place without corrosive gas and ventilated and dry to avoid open-air storage.
The above is a detailed introduction to the use skills of the flake ice maker. If you want to improve its efficiency and effect, then you must be proficient in the use skills. It is very useful to know more about these knowledge.
